ANNOUNCING STORIES BY CHILDREN, VOLUME 3

Connect the Dots!

The Fernance and Cyrilla Family Club is proud to announce the theme of Stories by Children, Volume 3:

Connect the Dots!

All children of Dominica and the diaspora, between 5 and 16 years old, are invited to submit entries to the 2023 Stories by Children Literary Competition!

The Stories MUST include the following three elements:

A house at the street corner
A mango
A dog

However, the main idea for the piece of writing may be something other than the three elements above.

Entries will be judged on creativity, organization, and mechanics

Up to TWELVE winning entries will be selected and published in Stories by Children, Volume 3 in:

Fall of 2023

All submissions must be in by:

11:59 PM, on February 28th, 2023

The winners will be announced on:

April 15th, 2023
